Get dealer discounts by becoming a distributor
Before applying please ensure you meet and agree with these requirements:
1. Your company must be retail based and primarily serving the motorcycle market.
2. A valid business license, state sales tax number, and/or yellow pages ad must be provided when
submitting the dealer application.
3. Valid motorcycle industry references and/or proof of franchised motorcycle dealership status must be
provided when submitting the dealer application.
4. All new dealers orders must be prepaid by credit card, certified check, or money order.
5. A credit line can be established after first three orders. No credit in any amount will be allowed for a
dealer’s initial order or for dealers without a valid credit card and current credit references on file.
Once credit is established a Maximum credit line of up to $2500 is available. All invoices must be paid
in full within 30 days of invoice.
6. All returns are subject to a restocking fee; 5% within first 30 days, 10% within 60 days and 15%
within 90 days. No returns will be accepted after 90days. Dealer pays for all shipping to and from
SMF Cycles.
7. The Minimum Recommended Retail Price for all products distributed by SMF Cycles is also our retail
price. Dealers can adjust that price. SMF Cycles has the right from time to time to discount certain
items due to closeouts or bulk club orders.
8. A minimum initial order applies for all new dealers. The minimum initial dealer order is $1000.00 after
dealer discount and before shipping and handling fees. Smaller initial orders will be invoiced at SMF
Cycles retail prices.
Note
Dealer discounts are provided in four tiers ranging from 25% to 40% off Retail Prices. The discount you
qualify for is calculated quarterly based on your annual purchased volume to date, using levels; $3000,
$6000, $9000 and over.
