Terms & Conditions for Retail Sales
At SMF Cycles, Inc. we try to make your purchasing experience the best we can. If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, we have a no quibble return policy. Simply return the item and upon review that it has not been used we will replace it with the correct one. We also offer the option of a credit on your next purchase if you choose. We will not pay return postage costs to SMF Cycles but will pay for return shipping back to you.
NO RETURN OR REFUND ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS!
For any other returns, we will charge a 12% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Again under no circumstances will we accept a return on a used product. All labels and tags must be attached to the item you are returning.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes items are, for a variety of reasons, temporarily out of stock. We try to alert you to this fact on the website but occasionally demand exceeds supply. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we tell you about the problem, dispatch the rest of your order as normal, and place the out of stock item on backorder. We try to estimate when new stock will arrive and always give you the option of canceling either the entire order or the out of stock item if you prefer not to wait for the out of stock item to arrive. If you do opt to await new stock arriving, we will debit your credit card for the entire original order, plus postage and packing charges upon dispatch of the partial order. The out of stock item will be sent to you immediately after it becomes available without further shipping charges.
